After losing the Spanish ACB league Finals 3-0 last year to Baskonia, Wicky Pubio's team lost their Euroleague playoff series 3-1 to Panathinaikos.

So much for all the BS trolling here by the trolls, "but, but, but he plays on the best team in Europe."

No trolls and Pubio fan boys, he does NOT play on "the best team in Europe". The best team in Europe does not get swept 3-0 in the Spanish League Finals and lose 3-1 in the Euroleague playoffs.

So basically, EVERY single myth about Wicky Pubio that has been created by the Wicky Pubio nut riders has been exposed and proven wrong now.

What happens team wise in lower quality leagues doesnt matter for young talented prospects. See any number of future stars throughout history in the NCAA.

The Lakers can't beat the team from the "lower league" which means the NBA is the lower league.

The NBA champs lose to the team that lost 3-0 in the Spanish playoffs and 3-1 in the Euroleague playoffs. So obviously the NBA is the "lower league".

because the Lakers care about a game Kobe played 24 min in. Barcelona's best player averaged 11 points on 40% shooting in the nba, dont make me laugh

This guy is good

.. But to NBA's defense , they are the only team that ever lost in this matchup, led by kobe bryant. Anyone remember kobe almost getting into a fight with the guy who was guarding him ?

Barca played their entire roster in that game. The Lakers had their starters in during the 4th quarter playing.

Barca played their bench every bit as much, if not more than the Lakers.

Ricky Rubio is a great player. Not the best point guard of all time, not the most talented player of all time, but he IS great and will be a good addition to the timberwolves.

But Rubio was a beast in the Game 4.
It's not his fault they lost.

He had an amazing 3 points,3 rebounds and 3 assists on 1-5 shooting,all of that in only 30 minutes (Game lasts 40 minutes in Euroleague)

.. i've said his strength will be tested in the NBA.. I think PG's will be running circles around him unless they are rookies.
