It's kind of pathetic that Fred Taylor is better, and it's 100% mental. Taylor powers through even the slightest hole like a man. Maroney needs a written invitation and even then won't charge through but is instead weak and indecisive. If some coach can ever light a fire under Maroney he could be a good back, but right now we won't miss him.

Maroney will go down as one of the top 10 fantasy football busts of all time. I've took dude a good 3 years in a row thinking I got a very good value pick. And he was nothing more than a free agent pickup talent. What a sellout.

I remember REALLY wanting Maroney in the 06 draft and NE took him and I was pissed. We took Addai and I barely knew who he was. That turned out OK.

Fred Taylor continues to defy his age. He's amazing to me. Earlier in his career he was really struggling with injuries, which is unfortunately to b expected for an RB. But now, in his 30s, a time when most RBs are set to retire he looks almost as good as ever (doesn't have that TD-busting speed anymore). Honestly, between him and the amazing Welker comeback it wouldn't shock me if the Pats caught a doping scandal, but there's no proof right now so I'll just enjoy it.
