Default Drew Carey reportedly drops 80lbs

Quote:
"The Price Is Right" host shared the story behind his dramatic weight loss with Parade magazine.

"I always thought I was going to die before I was 60," Drew told the mag in an interview for their Sept. 25 issue. "My father died of a heart attack in his 40s. I'm not an idiot. The writing was on the wall."

The former star of "The Drew Carey Show" set a goal for himself last November: to drop 92 pounds by Oct. 31 of this year. By "working out and eating right," Drew has nearly reached his goal, currently weighing in at a svelte 185 pounds. He also completed a 10k run in August - his first in over two decades.

"Connor doesn't make fun of Dad's belly anymore," he says with pride. "I look in the mirror and I feel like I'm in my 20s again. I feel like I have my whole life back."

I saw an advertisement for some TV show where he is going to be a guest star and was shocked to see how much skinnier he was.

Glad he is back to a healthy weight. He wasn't always big.

Yeah except Two and a Half Men is also one of the highest rated sitcoms ever and Drew Carrey was never funny.

"Drew Carrey looks like Buddy Holly & Barney Rubble had a baby..& then peed on it"

Saying that he was never funny is a blanket statement, that is your opinion. If he wasn't funny at all, or any good at what he did/does, then he wouldn't have had a successful stand up career, long running sitcom, amongst other projects.

You could at least spell his name right to give a little credibility to your opinion.
You're right, I should have amended my statement to read he's only funny to midwest/eastcoast idiots just like Larry the Cable Guy is only funny to idiot southerners.

Your praise of Drew Carey and his show gives little credibility to your opinion.

He just wants his skin to sag so people might think he's Bob Barker

He looks sickly now. I never understood these crash dieters. At least put on some lean muscle in the process.

If he actually dieted and exercised good for him. I thought maybe he got surgery like most celebrities do.

Did you ever watch the Drew Carey Show? For about 5 years it was the most imaginative and inventive sitcom airing. And it never struck me as Southern humor. Heck, I live in the Portland Oregon area which is one of the most liberal cities in the United States.

he can easily have that excess skin nip/tucked away in no time, then he'll look a lot better trimmed down than he did bloated.
