What does everyone think of the Eagles trading McNabb within the division if the Eagles win today? Eagles 3-1, Skins 1-3. And the main draft pick we got for him was just named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Month.

Can't judge a move in hindsight, only in the moment.

Sure, as an Eagles fan I'm glad Vick is playing the way he is and that the rook is playing well, but it doesn't change the fact that they waited far too long and had to settle for far too little, in addition to giving the Ghost of Christmas Past an open windo to come in a couple times a year.

Just because a combination of unrelated factors result in a good outcome, it doesn't change the fact that it was badly handled.

Well, they said they tried to trade him the previous year but the trade value was even lower at that point because of McNabb's injury. If they had traded him before that they would've got their 1st round pick or whatever but you would've been relying on a rookie in Kolb or some run of the mill veteran in here running the team. It would've been hell.

The early games I get are BAL/PIT and NO/CAR. Definitely interested in BAL/PIT because it should be a great smashmouth game and interested in the other because I traded for DeAngelo in the money league (and he's my favorite current player) and also have him in the Marlo PPR league.

But damn, I got hooked on NFL redzone last week and it's going to be tough to stay away from that.

I have NFL Sunday Ticket. I'll probably watch the NFL Game Mix channel -- 8 games on 1 screen

But I'll watch the Steelers/Ravens game the majority of the time. Good ole smashmouth game in 50 degree weather...AND it's supposed to rain. How fitting for this matchup?
