Default What's your favorite Android app on the market?

I'm always looking for new apps to download, so i thought i'd make this thread. To start, my favorite is the Garden of Weeden app. You make your own grow room that you can upgrade with the money you get from selling the weed. It's pretty fun and interactive, kind of like a tamagotchi, except with a pot plant. I think it cost me around 4 bucks.

Launcher Pro is way better than the stock HTC sense interface. Then I use JetVD to download youtube videos directly, Youplayer to download and convert them like if you need to turn them into an mp3, and Skyfire/Dolphin HD are the best browsers. I use Pkt eBay app to keep track of all my eBay stuff since the official one always freezes on me for some reason, MixZing/RockPlayer generally play any audio/video file you throw at them, Slacker/Pandora for streaming internet radio, and that pretty much covers everything I do outside of what the stock apps provide. I don't play games so I wouldn't know anything about emulators and the like but I know they exist.

I still prefer stock browsers over either of those mentioned. I don't know why. I've used all of them. Fennec intrigues me, but it's too slow and underdeveloped right now, but has potential.

LauncherPro Plus and Beautiful Widgets is the two apps I'm definitely glad I paid for. Makes the phone highly customizable without rooting.

Does anyone know of a NBA app? Something that provides live scores and such? I'd rather use an official one if possible.

A very good yahoo fantasy app is Fantasy Guru. Let's you add/drop players, view matchups in realtime, do trades, and research for basketball, football, hockey, and baseball. Best of all, it's free.

It all depends on what sites you are viewing. Simple HTML sites and obviously mobile optimized will view easily in stock browsers, but if it's something with flash video, java, a CSS menu, sometimes it doesn't display correctly or load all the features. A good example is file sharing sites like rapidshare.com where it counts down on the page then changes to a link or this site, http://www.seats3d.com which is Java.

Don't know about that. I've used rapidshare and megaupload just fine on stock browser fine and have downloaded the files fine too.

Just use ESPN ScoreCenter in-my-opinion. You can set it to show scores and upcoming games of whatever teams you want and you can easily view scores from other leagues as well. One app to rule them all in other words.
