Captured the video today before lunch, so it'll be up later. I have to go to the humane society right now though. Looking into getting a dog.

Yeah ok. You must have some t-rex arms if you got a 40 and can't dunk. Either that or you math is garbage.

I'm like 25" standing and 30" with a couple steps to collect. My guess for average would be low 20s.

I'm 6'2 weight 205. 29 1/2 or 30 inch vertical. Running vertical is like 35 or 36 i guess. I can dunk decent but not as well as i should. Small hands are a *****.

What is your running vert? You should post a vid of that.

Never actually measured it. On a normal day I imagine just a few inches higher than what you see in the video (so...41-ish?). I'm a 2 foot jumper all the way, so a running start doesn't help me a whole lot.

That's an impressive vert. Without any training?

Thanks.

I'm 23 now, and I've been able to jump ever since I can remember, but in high school I was on the basketball team and did all the normal off-season stuff that most teams do (box jumping, calf raises, etc.). Even then it wasn't anything out of the ordinary, and I honestly don't think I've done a single leg workout since graduating 5 years ago. Never used any programs or special shoes before either.

Imagine how insane your vert would be if you did some leg training with weights and reached your genetic potential.

i was able to hang on the rim easily but never really finished a dunk cause i could palm the ball...did finish once off an opp though but i think the rim was an inch or so off. im 6'3
