One time last year me and a few buddies went to wendy's at like 1 in the morning after smoking an L. I repeated 'no cheese' for my sandwich like 5 times and was sure they would **** it up. Three weeks ago, I ordered two Big Macs going through the drive thru. Sure enough on the way home, I realized they gave me two Whoppers instead. Freakin morons!

Not too long ago my brother and I went to Taco Bell late at night, and after we had already placed our order, he decided to change his order up, and make substitutions for certain items in a combo meal, have things added to other items, etc. I told him he shouldn't do that, and that he should keep it as simple as possible otherwise they're likely to mess it up. At the time, he was working at Arby's, and being that he took pride in his work, he took that shit a bit personal from me, and went on and on about how changing the order around like so would be no big deal for them. Sure enough, our order was ****ed to high hell and back.
I haven't been to McDonald's in a long time, but the last time I went through the drive-through I order a Big Mac meal, and they forgot the Big Mac.

So do you think there is a better way to do this? I read in some book how they are testing out outsourcing the drive through process so it is cheaper/more efficient. Personally, I rarely get my order messed up though. I usually go to Taco Bell, Del Taco and ye that is about it though. I also get my stuff beans, no meat and I've rarely had a problem with them messing it up.

That's just stupid. They're getting paid. You're working, you have expectations from your place of employment. It doesn't matter if you're getting paid a penny per hour or 300,000/hr. When it's in your job description to do something, you do it if you wanna earn your paycheque...
