Default For those that believe in Karma, what did he do to deserve this ?

Quote:
JAY STREET — A Brooklyn woman has been convicted of killing her newborn son eight years ago. Tracie Crawford-Pickett, 33, was found guilty Friday of first-degree manslaughter by Kings County Supreme Court Justice Matthew J. D’Emic.
Prosecutors say Crawford-Pickett smashed the baby’s head in 2002 on the night he was born, approximately four hours after she fled from the Kings County Hospital against doctors’ orders. She gave birth alone, in her East New York basement, where she cut the umbilical cord with a pair of household scissors.

When Crawford-Pickett’s mother discovered her daughter asleep at just before 6 a.m. the following day, the baby was dead at the foot of the bed. He died of brain damage and blunt-force trauma in at least 10 separate locations on the baby’s head and neck.

The Brooklyn judge found Crawford-Pickett had been “overwhelmed by shock and panic” over her pregnancy when she killed the infant. He said she was suffering from “extreme emotional disturbance.” Her lawyer argued the death was an accident. He’s considering an appeal.

Crawford-Pickett faces five to 25 years in prison when she is sentenced Nov. 19

And is Karma real. I'm asking because i don't see what this baby did to deserve this.

Inspired you to make a topic.

More seriously, a Hindu would tell you that they must have done something wrong in a past life. And that it's punishment for inspiring your stupid ass to make a topic.

Ya, as a winnipeg resident, it's no surprise crime rates just keep getting higher (highest violent crime rate in Canada now, sigh). Criminals aren't scared of anything, especially youths. Criminal juvenile justice system: where young criminals are protected.
Case in point, one of my classmates dad was killed by someone who stole a hummer and crashed into him while he was on his own drive way. The year before? same thieves killed a taxi driver through the means of a stolen vehicle. But hey, at least our police department sold the hummer in an auction, so that they could make some money!
They are being charged with manslaughter, whoop dee dooo
