I predict a Knicks win. Stoudemire should have a beast game.

I hate Raymond Felton so much. He is NOT a PG. Poor ballhandler, bad court vision, bad passer. TBH, I think Chris Duhon plays PG much better.

Wilson Chandler's stock should go up after this.

Have no fear it will.

Will will be a Nugget real soon. D'antoni is gonna play him just as much as any starter, just off the bench.

I liked that there was over 50 points in the paint.

10 Blocks, and less than 25 3pt attempts.

Outrebounding the Raptors isn't an accolade though.

Stat's 10 boards meant more than his points.

Not a great offensive game for Stoudemire, but I was pleasantly surprised to see him hustling for some rebounds and see him playing solid defense. But Chandler was great and Felton was solid.

Gallo needs to learn that if your jumper is off, as his was most of the night, you need to work the inside and midrange game. Too much standing around the 3 pt line chucking shots hoping that the next one drops. He's 6'10" tall for chrissake; he needs to get more points in the paint and taking the ball to the hole. We probably would have seen alot more or Randolph if he was healthy in Gallo's place. D'Antoni didn't have another offensive option to replace him and Bill Walker was horrible. When Azibuke gets back and healthy, and possibly starting at the two, our back court defense should get better. It needs to! Dribble penetration killed us from Jack, Derozan, Calderon, and Barbosa. Other impressions:
Will had a good night; a couple of bad shots but he was aggressive.
Gallo; see above.
Turiaf did well defensively with four blocks and adds energy.
STAT had too many turnovers; NINE. Nice to have a go to guy at the end of the game after all these years.
Fields has a high basketball IQ and it showed. One of those players that doesn't do one thing great; just does a little of everything. Not bad for a first start and he did not seem rattled.
Felton was cool but he needs to average 17 and 8 in this system. Perimeter defense needs to get better.
T-Moz is a foul magnet! Just needs to play smarter. Much smarter!!
Douglas brings energy and scoring but I was disappointed with his perimeter defense. (See Felton) For the ACC defensive player of the year, Barbosa was treating him like the Church league defensive player of the year at times.
Walker had a bad game. Missed a bunny dunk and seemed tight.
Mason needs to know that when he is in the game, he HAS to knock down open jumpers. A couple of open looks he just needed to knock down.
D'Antoni played ten guys in the first quarter alone! When is the last time you saw that....
Half court offense was non existent at times. No patience for a play to develop or ball/player movement and just jacked up shots. STAT cannot be THE only option in the half court; someone has to step up. (see Gallo)

First win....not against the best team but a win is a win.
I for one am really looking for a healthy Randolph and Kaz in the near future to add to the mix. Not pronouncing them a top team but it LOOKS to be better than what we have seen in some time. Time will tell...

Impressed with Fields, Chandler, and Douglas. Not too happy with Felton's play tonight or Gallo's. Glad we got a win though.

As long as we take care of the teams we're supposed to beat up like these Raps, I think we'll be a playoff squad.

Props to Byron Scott for whoopin those Celts idk how he did it...
