You must have missed my comment just a couple up from yours.
Anyway, I have an off-the-wall theory. If anyone wants to read it it's in white text. A bit far-fetched I suppose, but I thought it was still a fun idea. Here it is:
Would work IMO.
Merle's bro was part of base camp. That and the fact that the zombie's got there just before Rick and them. No wayt they could have caught up to the van. i think Merle ends up being the hero. Some sort of intervention happened when he broke free.
Something i found funny, only relating to the first episode really so wont spoiler tag it.
The sheriff has mad shooting skills when it comes to killing zombies, like he was popping them straight in the forehead when on the move and doing some of the most crazy shots ever. But at the beginning of the show when they are having the shoot out with those other humans before he gets shot, how does he not cap them all first shot?
[Logic behind this]The Zombies don't shoot back so the shots can be more measured. After your first gunfight each subsequent one is a bit easier.[/Logic behind this]
Is this the same as the comic book or there will be changes, white text: in the comic book rick loses his hand and his wife dies
They've already added a lot of things in the comics such as the latino gang in Atlanta. However they have kept true to the main big events and I don't think it'll be any different for that particular event. Plus that part of the arc is huge and awesome so it has to happen.
Just sucks we have to wait a year for the next 13 episodes. Damn tv seasons and super short initial run.
