I believe it voids the warranty and also lowers the battery life. That's what my buddy said anyway.

it voids warrenty but you can just restore it and they can't tell.

also with the battery life thing, you can download apps that help protect battery life such as turning off 3g while your phone is asleep.

i just changed that back. it normally says my name up there where the time is but i was messin around with the settings and i reset it by accident.

Dumbest waste of time ever. Tried to add in all of deleted music, but it wouldn't get recognized in iTunes. Had to factory reset my touch. **** you bballer.
