Im about 5'9 and i can touch about 10'4" on a good jump.
but i see a lotta people saying you should be squatting over twice your body weight to have a high vert!
im around 160 pounds and i cant even squat 100! I suck, i know!
i dont squat that often and mostly focus on upper body when i do weights so that explains why i cant lift much.. but how is it i dont have like a 10 inch jump if i lift so little?:P
not that im complaining or anything!
