I was offered Bargnani and Durant for Gasol, Nene and Kirilenko.

You're really trading Gasol/Nene/AK47 for Durant/Bargnani/Villaneuva, since you would need to move a player into the line-up.
I would take the trade. Gasol has been playing possessed but his numbers (boards) and minutes will likely drop when Bynum returns in the next couple weeks. Nene isn't much of an injury risk (based on his recent seasons) but he hasn't been playing as well as he usually does this year and is not producing near his ADP. Kirilenko is okay this year and is injury prone.
Durant has been playing okay (shooting is off) but always heats up as the season goes on. Bargnani is playing solid and I think his blocks should pick up. Villaneuva has been surprising so far this year.
In all, I would say:
Durant > Gasol
Bargnani > Nene (this year)
Kirilenko ~ Villaneuva (he's been surprising so far)
I would take the trade mainly because Gasol, Nene, and Kirilenko are all slightly injury prone, and the Durant/Bargnani/Villaneuva side is better in value right now and also has more upside and is safer.
The major issue is that it would leave your team weak on boards and FG%, so you would need to make more trades. However, I think the value is too much to pass-up.
