"We crown the Sunday Night Football winner the best in football every week, I'm not doing it this time. The Patriots are 29th in total defense. This was more about the Steelers." (they're actually 30th in total defense)
Like I said in your rankings post, the Cowboys are an extremely talented team. The Giants losing to them is not as big a deal as some might think.
we didn't even have any CBs!!!
Newman and Jenkins both got injured...
Scandrick had to take over for Newman, and our new Kick Returner McCann had to play for Jenkins...he had no idea he would be starting at CB yesterday...
also, our o-line is utter GARBAGE...Leonard Davis was benched earlier this year for poor play...Marion Barber is a shell of his former self, AND WE HAVE KITNA AT QB!!!!
where is all this talent you speak of?...WRs and Ware ???...cause that is all we have right now
I would say the most balanced team in the NFL is the Giants, but that doesn't necessarily make them the best team in the NFL.
The Jets are playing like the best team in the NFL, because they are winning despite playing terrible.....just makes them scarier when they actually get their shit going.
I want to say the Patriots are the best team in the NFL, just because they are winning despite the lack of talent aside from Brady. Everybody expects a team like the Jets to dominate, because of their talent on paper. Can't say the same for the Pats.

Weren't you the one the whole year that kept on saying that despite the losses, the team is still talented which warranted your high ranking in your poll? Now all the sudden the team has no talent?
I'll tell you where the talent is. DEZ ****ING BRYANT. Did you watch the game? The guy is a beast. Miles Austin had a nice game. Despite Kitna being slow as hell, he is still a veteran QB and is capable of a good day. The team did well, hit some big plays, the Giants had some awful turnovers, and the Cowboys got a nice upset win. It's not as shocking as you think it is. The Cowboys weren't gonna go 1-15, and they won't go 2-14 now. Whether you like it or not (draft position), they will get some wins down the stretch.

Dez should win ROY
I know Mike Williams has better stats right now, but he might not when the season is over...
Sam will be a HOF QB (yes, he will) but I don't think he has that locked up really...
it isn't like he is Rookie Matt Ryaning the Falcons to the playoffs with a 100.0 passer rating...
if Sammy wins ROY I would love it though, he is deserving, I just think for a QB the voters will look for wins...
And he's won as many games as their starting QB this year, as the Rams managed to win in the last two years combined. I don't know if he's the offensive ROY, but he's definitely in the discussion.
