Default Sprained Wrist

For those of you that have injured your wrist, did you guys do any therapy? And how long did it take to heal completely. There's slight pain whenever I shoot. I stopped playing for about 2 months after I got this, but it's still lingering around. The same for my thumb if I bend it.

If you guys can link me to any further info, that would be great. I don't want to be spending money on going to a physical therapist.

Diagnosing or assessing an injury over the internet is extremely difficult. There can be other factors that resulted in the sprain lingering around for you that only someone in person can relate.

How did you originally injure the wrist? If you fell on it, there could have been a fracture of some sorts, and if you are young and still growing it could have been a growth plate issue. I don't know your health insurance status, but seeing a physician and then a PT could be of great service to you, and if you are in high school, then possibly your ATC could look at it and make a good determination and prognosis for you.
