Amare was aggressive and relentless.I wish him,Chauncey and Melo coulda all put it together at the same time.IT woulda been a blowout.Him and Melo worked well together on a few back door passes and such. They just didnt get to play alongside one another much obviously cuzza Melo's foul trouble.

He looked like he was grabbing at his neck/back/shoulder area after a foul in the first game. I wonder if it's related.

Could be, but he said in his own words, he was practicing a move under the basket, and while in process of the move slapped the backboard, then felt spasms in his back.

Now listening to Melo in the post game, he pretty much knew he'd be alone.....

"Hey man, grind it out with me out there", "But once I saw him wince in pain, I knew he was done".

Ah, I didn't hear that. Thanks for the info. So far the series has been STAT doing it alone or Melo doing it alone. We need to get those two on the right page at the same time.

Yep, Melo has the playmaking ability so it's more likely he can get Amar'e buckets.

Getting them on the page together will be a task in itself since they play similarly offensively.

if you feel worse after the game, stop practicing dunks and hanging off the rim in pregame.

Amar'e sounded very unsure about his status for Game 4. In more pain today. Is it really worth it at this point? Billups is finished. #fb

That's basic stuff though. He's 6'10", not 5'10". If dunks and "hanging on the rim" are a strain, then there's really a problem.

True, but it's how he originally hurt his back.

According to him while dunking in practice, which to me he shouldn't be practicing that anyway, he dunks with his right, slapped the glass with his left.

Then last night I saw plain as day Amar'e dunking and hanging off the rim, which once again....

He should not be practicing shit like that!!!

And to Clutch, TD has had a shoulder injury pretty much for the last half of the season, if that's what that tweet is referring to.

I'm surprised that, at the rate he gets leveled on screens, he isn't really hurt.
