IMO the trailers for 1 and 3 are better than the movies. That isn't saying much though.
Can anyone even tell me what the point of Stevens Witwicky is in these movies? Why in the hell should I care about some dumb, annoying kid that wants on with a vapid hot chick? And why oh must I suffer through the idiot parents? The mother in the second especially is insufferable. The whole pot brownie gag came off like it was written by a clueless 60 year old man. I came to see some damn monster robots blow shit apart, not this pitiful excuse for comedy.
I actually think the GI Joe movie was done better (not a compliment) and don't understand the popularity of these films.

I don't get it either. People yap about awesome effects but all I see is flashy metal things that look almost alike (except for a couple) with too many moving parts, no contrast to distinguish between said parts and no personality. Michael Bay is a butcher.
