Players now have arthroscopic surgeries to fix things that used to be career ending injuries. I imagine that pretty soon stem cells will be able to replace lost cartilage for people like CP3 and Roy. NBA superstars will be prime candidates to receive treatments($$$) when they're available. LeBron's gonna play into his 40s if he wants to.
Lol, Harvard scientists were already able to make a mouse age backwards. If science can keep all the greats alive long enough for this to be safely usable on humans, we can see a Magic/Jordan/Bird/Barkley/Olajuwan vs. Paul/Kobe/LeBron/Garnett/Duncan....insane how ridiculous science has come. There are probably more serious issues for this research though (like curing terminal diseases lol)
