Nice dunks.

Are you already lifting weights and doing plyos? If not, that should increase your vertical.

Decent dunks. Like the previous post said, try lifting weights and doing plyos if you haven't yet.. and if you are just keep doing that and maybe adding some more leg workouts to you routine.

Pretty decent lift on the one footers...not much on the 2 footer, but it's very hard to dunk when you aren't a freak athlete or ridiculously long unless you are on a fast break and if you are a 1 footed jumper it (or can jump well off one foot) it's a major benefit.

Your shot reminds me of Paul Pierce.

Nice dunks man you get pretty good lift on one foot.

Just a question out of curiosity... Why do you jab with your left foot when you're a righty. You didnt only do it once either with leads me to believe you just use your left foot to jab. Maybe its just me but its just so much more natural to jab with my right foot (being a righty) and it would be quite akward for me to always be jabbing with my opposite foot.

Am i the only one who noticed this? Maybe its me whos weird?

Dunno, I'm a righty and always jab with my left. Then again, people have thought I'm weird for riding a scooter with my left while pushing with my right. I also used to do kickboxing, and righties always jab with their left in front, so maybe that could help too...

If you're a righty it's easier to blow by the defender if he bites on the left jab, it allows you to step right by him with a cross-step whilst protecting the ball. If you're not comfortable with your left-hand this is much harder to execute on the other side.

That's why you're probably unconsciously always jabbing with your left. It's also more common for right-handed players to directly establish their right foot as their pivot foot because you have more balance on that side of your body.

I'm a righty and I never jab left

Jabbing with my left feels more awkward than jerking it left handed

I'm left-handed and I jab left.

Those are nice dunks, you've improved. Like some have said, get in the weight room and start working. You'd see major improvements. And fast.
