He hop stepped while picking up his dribble. Which clearly does not = 5-6 steps. You're blind as hell, maybe it's from all the tears in your eyes from all the crying you're doing.
He established his pivot with his left leg and then jumped back, so it was a travel. He sold it well though, had to watch it twice to actually see it.
^ review from the best angle. Every other angle, you cannot see his feet and the ball at the same time.
From that angle, where you can actually see everything clearly, it's obvious that isn't a travel. He hop-stepped backwards as he was picking up his dribble, right into a shooting motion. By definition, that isn't a travel. I've seen it many a time, and it never gets called.
Except he put his left foot down in the middle of his "hop step". It's a clear travel. Don't get all defensive over it. Blatant travel.

His left foot was already on the ground. he was sideways, and hence, his right foot has to leave the ground before his left does. His left was already on the ground, hence there was no landing. He was jumping backwards. If he was face up to Ellis, it wouldn't have happened that way. It happened the way it did because Ellis was to his side, and he jumped away from him.
Hop step isn't a travel. Stop getting mad that SA is beating everyone.

Dude, i swear you have made like 20 posts on this subject, often just repeating yourself. It isn't going to influence anyones mind, just save yourself some time haha
Bogues was clutch as hell defensively, 4 blocks in the last 3 mins! Shame milwaukee couldn't pull out the win, would have been huge especially after the dallas win. SA still rolling along, can't wait till they broadcast some spurs games here

Now that I look at it again he does put his left foot down at the same time as his left dribble, so it might not be a travel. Damn I would not want to be an NBA ref, that's a hard call to make even after watching it 17 times.
I'll take it, but if I were Bogut, I would be more worried about Jennings 4-18 shooting. I love Bogut though and his playing style. Reminds me of good old Timmy. Glad I have them both on my fantasy team. Can't wait to play the Bucks again. They always play tough against the Spurs.

I reviewed the vid about 6 times , and if he was going for a layup , it would be a no call.
Geo is a smart player , used the reverse hoop step for a jumper...
He must have been looking at Jennings and Douglas-Roberts when he said that, because they did so much traveling tonight, they were already at their next destination.
rofl @ Crygut, butthurt because he got iced with a game winner. He mad.
You clearly know nothing about Aussies and their sense of humor.
He's taking the piss dude, meaning it's an off the cuff joke. There's no malice in what he said.
I guarantee he finds the whole thing hilarous.
