imo Suns get better because they get more depth with Pietrus/Gortat, Wiz also get better because they were having problems playing both Gil and Wall and now have a three point marksman in Lewis, and Orlando gets better with a new big 4, Arenas, Howard, Turk, and JRich.
sorry, but Hedo has lost his steam. It's good that they got Arenas and all but even though Rashard Lewis was over-paid they need him.
I'm about to go to the NBA Forum.
Hedo back in that offense is a good thing. I think the Magic needed to do something and getting rid of that waste of talent Lewis makes them a winner no matter what.
Hedo and JRich could be deadly in Orlando but I am not, nor have I ever been a Gilbert Arenas fan. Dude is shooting about 40% this year, however he'll have Dwight to clean up on the boards, and he does have the ability to go off so it could work out in the end.

I think they need the fire that he and JRich bring over the laid back roll over when punched in the mouth ways of Lewis and Carter. Hedo's ability to run the offense will work for them too, not to mention Gilbert can do it as well. Definitely the winners are the Magic and Suns out of this. Not really sure what the Wizards are doing other than shipping off the baggage that Gilbert brought and officially making it Wall's team.

I'm aware that he was the key player in the 09 ECF but he lost his steam.

I say Washington is doing Orlando a solid, and Orlando will one day pay them back.
