It's not that the Hawks couldn't recognize talent, they just don't have the MVP on their team. An MVP who seems to make any player around him better.

Default Diaw

Would anyone trade Diaw for Joe Johnson straight up?

No.

Proves that this trade was a steal for the Suns and a disaster for the Hawks.

We know he can play 5 positions, but what is his "natural" position?

Unfortunately Woodson gave him a ton of DNPs, plus he didn't play Diaw at power forward or center.

D'Antoni is a genius and Nash is the best point guard in the game, but the Hawks have some bad coaching.

The Suns are good, Steve Nash is too good, Raja Bell is too good, and Barbosa never misses a shot. Amare will be back and this team will go for 60 games next season. Nice efforts, no problem with Nash being the MVP because he deserved it. As for Dallas though, it is SWEET getting revenge on the Suns for last year's playoffs. **Chamillionaire "The Sound of Revenge"**

First off, congrats to Dallas. You have a hell of team. They were the 1 team in these playoffs that I wanted to win if the Suns couldn't. Dirk is amazing, and Josh Howard has earned my ultimate respect.

I have never been more attatched to any Suns team than I was to this team this year. It has been a joy for me to watch how this team proved a lot of people wrong (including myself), and fought so hard all year through a lot of challenges.

Raja Bell has come out of nowhere to become my favorite player. I love everything about his game, and it was unfortunate to see him get hurt on a big stage like this when he played so well in these playoffs.

I can't say enough about Steve Nash either. Yeah, at times he struggled in these playoffs, but he never put the blame on anyone but himself. He carries himself so well, and there isn't anyone I'd rather have running the backcourt than him.

This team showed a lot of heart, and a lot of resiliancy all year. I look forward to seeing them play next season with Amare back in the fold, and maybe a few tweaks here and there. I'm proud of these guys. Thanks for a great season SUNS!!!!

The Suns put up a great fight considering all the adversity they've faced this year. I expect them to come back strong and confident and it should be another classic playoffs next year.

Hopefully every team stays healthy next year and the best team wins.

Congrats to the Suns on a great season.

Nash and Boris run an amazing pick and roll. Boris' mid range shot also improved ten-fold once Nash was getting him so many open looks.

Other then the above sequences, Nash doesn't help Boris' game half as much as he helps everyone else on this team. D'Antoni just figured out how to use Boris and he grew into his role.

Big mistake by the Hawks. Especially once Boris becomes an all-star and those 2 picks ATL gave the Suns turn into valuable depth.

That rumor pops up after every season. I don't think they will. The only reason they would is for financial purposes, namely extending Boris and Barbosa, and re-signing T2. I doubt he goes anywhere though.
