Default Big win for the NYK

Just as big as the night they creamed the Spurs. Although the Heat team was unhealthy the NYK beat them as they really should have.

One concern I have though and even Reggie Miller made a comment about it during the game. "They are taking way too many 3 pointers and not making any."

Yes it was the Gallo and Fields 3's that won the Knicks the game. But it may have been a bigger spread in points if the Knicks made better judgements on the court and took the simple 15 footers instead.

Overall I am happy they won. Williams played good D on Lebron and Fields came through in a big way. Amare played really well and Gallo did his part. Felt put the exclamation point on the game with those final freethrows but I am disappointed in Chandler tonight. The Knicks could have used his simple 15 footers but he was off all night.

Congrats to the NYK. Another important game against the Hawks. I hope they can get this one too

Stat isn't getting the calls, because even as the captain, he is being known as a complainer.

Now they did benefit him early in the game with Juwan Howard.

The refs very well could have doubled teched them, but gave it all to Juwan, so he benefited immensely right there.

Juwan caused it and ended it, but it usually doesn't happen like that from the refs POV.

I remember somebody saying (Reggie maybe?) "the law of averages says, they'll make one eventually". Then the Knicks bricked like the next couple and Kerr says something like, "well they still aren't making any, what now?" Then not too long from then.......Gallo for 3! Fields for 3! 5-point game. Game over.

They also acknowledged that those three were open shots.

I have no problem with them shooting them, if they are wide open like they were pretty much all night.

Now like I said in the Main Forum, the key was that it wasn't the Felton show in the fourth.

He allowed his team mates to shoot the ball.

They had to connect eventually.

I agreed with Reggie on that.

It was the defensive side that had to be picked up and it was.

If Gallo and Fields didn't handle their business on defense, we lose.

Not just yet, those ten games are gonna take him deep toward the deadline, so if no Melo before that, then Walsh does need to look at it.

I think he was sincere in what happened.

OTC drugs.

Grizzlies clearly don't want him though, barely playing him.

If they had hit half of those it might have been a blowout. That D'Antoni offense will get you the shots; knock 'em down like you're supposed to and it's a deluge of points. An ungodly, demoralizing bombardment.

The D was great too. Except for on Wade in the the third quarter, but he is Dwyane Wade, after all. Gallo and Shawne Williams played great D on Lebreezius pretty much all night.

The refs were basically wearing Heat uniforms tonight as well.

Does the Miami cHeat have their own refs that travel around with them? Seems like it.

But anyway, nice win. Caught the end of the third to the ending. Galli, STAT, RF and Williams did great. But Landry Fields, what a pick by Mr. Walsh ( ). Period.

Yeah DHEA which is not really even a real steroid or pro-hormone. But if the Melo deal doesn't work then Mayo should be sought after.
