jordan = most overhyped player by espn

jordan wasnt in his prime yet, and the bulls were coached by that bum collins, plus it was only 2 years in a row, bottomline is any of the bulls championship teams would beat those overrated bad boys, most of the championship teams in the 90s and early 00s would.

Yeah, because Jordan's supporting cast was equivalent to Magic's supporting cast in the years he lost to Detroit.

3 years in a row..

87-88 Conference Semifinals, Detroit 4 over chicago 1

88-89 Conference Finals, Detroit 4 over chicago 2

89-90 Conference Finals, Detroit 4 over chicago 3

80's Showtime Lakers > 90' bulls

not even when jordan won those 6 championships was his team as good as the team magic had, so magic playing in the 80s its even with jordan palying in the 90s, he had a better team after all.

I guess. But guys like Konex and PistonHonda (from the old board; not sure what his name is now) knew me from another board before I came here, and Knoe was already on ISH when they told me about the board.

80's Showtime Lakers > 90' bulls

Showtime Lakers > 90's Bulls, perhaps. But not necessarily "Magic > Jordan," as you say, due to the disparity in the strength of their supporting casts in the years cited.

Yeah, I realized that afterwards, which is why I deleted it. For some reason I thought you were Maximum310, and that the point you were making was different.

Agree...The disparity in supporting casts is kind of lop sided,
But I still belive Magic > jordan.

maybe a new thread should get started on this subject...

Are you putting "Magic" in bold, large font because you believe him to be a LOT better than Jordan, or is that just your way of doing things? Because while I can entertain arguments that Magic > Jordan (though I personally disagree), there is no way in hell that he is substantially better.
