I'm not sure if there's a thread on this already or not but who/what do you think is coming to RAW on February 21st? Sting, Undertaker or someone completely different?
I honestly think they did the trenchcoat commercial because Taker and Sting BOTH wear trenchcoats. If they manage to sign Sting it'll be him. If not then they can save face and just have Taker return that night.
It's called having a backup plan before you write out storylines. Take not TNA lol

Actually the plan for Feb 3rd was originally what we last saw on Impact. You can see this because of how they planted the seeds between AJ and Eric B not getting a long. I think somewhere along the line they thought of the MEM idea and considered doing that. But if you saw Impact this week what they did end up doing was way better than what could have come about with Sting/Booker/Nash. A real blessing in disguised as TNA doesn't need any of those guys. Not sure why so many WWE fans are pumped about all three in WWE, they are well past their prime.

I don't think it was the original plan, but i do agree that this works out better for them than the MEM would have. There's still questions about all this that prove it wasn't the original plan tho
Remember when that new guy...Crimson or whatever...practically tried to kill AJ Styles a week or two ago? And now all of a sudden they're on the same team? I think TNA was planning MEM but lucked out that the other guys left cuz this is better for them in the long run
I think (if I recall correctly), one of the major reasons Sting never wanted to come to the WWE was because it was too edgy and he said he had lots of fans who were children and he didn't want to compromise his integrity. (something along those lines)
Yeah that was one of the reasons. I think a match, being nominated into the HoF and signing a merchandising deal would be awesome for Sting. Vince owns all of Sting's WCW matches and I'd love to see a DVD of Sting be released as well as some action figures.
