Yes, that's what I'm saying. He was out for 20 games and ever since the injury he hasn't been the same player. I think its all in his head, because physically he's fine. He wants to start and you can tell he's very frustrated. He turns the ball over all the time, and doesn't nearly hustle the way Lowry does. Lowry likes to play defense, Brooks doesn't, etc etc. Is like Brooks gave up on the season already and wants to play for another team.

He was pretty tremendous last season, not gonna lie. The system favored him with the uptempo play. Brooks and Yao couldn't co exist if you ask me.

Addressing your second sentence- The system hasn't changed. Houston still wants to run up and down the court. Its Brooks who has changed this season. The 08-09 playoff team had Brooks and he was pretty much unguardable. Though to be fair, he was being guarded by Blake and Fisher.

Last sentence- Brooks was fine playing alongside Yao Ming. He's a shooter, and Yao creates open shots. Perfect inside out game. Either way I think is time for these two guys (Yao and Brooks) to move on. Houston isn't going anywhere with Brooks, might as well let him go.

It is a good thing the Lakers probably won't see the Rockets in the playoffs. Cause that is their PG combo right there.

I always felt that Aaron Brooks played very similar to Leandro Barbosa. Score first players in PG body's. I kinda wonder what team would be interested in AB. The Lakers could probably use him, only if the Lakers continue to run the triangle after this season though. I do think he would be perfect fit for the triangle offense.
