Default byron scott

made a huge mistake going to the cavs
and what about that 25 losing streak
i didnt think they would be this bad
i thought they would finish 9th or 10th in the east
if cavs get #1 pick in the draft who do they take?

it wouldn't have been a huge mistake had lebron returned, which at the time he said he was like 75% sure lbj would return IIRC

if they get the no.1 i hope they take either irving if he returns and plays well, or perry jones. i dont like sullinger as a pro

He is a great coach who just got shafted with the rest of Cleveland via the decision

Gotta say, I'd rather be on TV than coaching a team that has lost 25 straight.

He is getting good money to coach. He turned the Hornets and Nets around in the past, he will be fine.

Perry Jones

but they'll pick Jared Sulligner because he is from Ohio.

Perry Jones = Something Special

Jared Sulligner = Boarderline Allstar

I doubt he gets fired.

I am even surprised they won 8 games so far.

He is a great coach and if the Cavs do fire him they'll regret it

Not sure how this will play out ... but yea I thought the Cav's would have at least a 25-30 win season.
They are lost ..

Scott gambled and failed , but he was without a job for sometime , and needed to get back into coaching.
The question is , will Owner Gil. ' allow him to talk with the Lakers after the season and get some type of trade or buyout

Cav's shouldn't hold Byron captive.

The idea of bringing Byron Scott in was to convince LeBron to stay. You really think he would have taken the job if he knew LeBron was leaving? Not a chance, he isn't stupid.

Jones lacks the killer instinct to be a team leader. He defers WAY too much, and it's not something you gain over time. Now he could still put up monster numbers, but there is no franchise player in this draft. Not one good enough to turnaround the woeful Cavs.

Sully looks like 17/10 to me. Kind of like an Al Horford player with way crappier defense. I would be more on the bandwaggon if he were a couple inches taller.

Such an unfortunate year to get a high draft pick.

Draft Kyle Irving. Cleveland needs to trade Mo Williams in the off season.
