I've always liked Tiny Gallon. He is young with a lot of potential, if we can work him into shape I think he could be the next Big Baby or maybe better. Small 3 year deal and use it to work him into shape no different than you would a young draft pick. He just turned 20.

I know Boston has their eye on him which is why they made sure their NBDL affiliate(Maine) acquired him.

He would play more than 15.

The object is to keep Amar'e out of the 5 spot as much as possible.

Turiaf 20

Jeffries 25..... Split between C and PF

Barron 15 at C

Get it done Donnie!!!!!!

I can't believe we are talking about Jared Jeffries again. And no matter how much I hate so say it, but we kind of need him. He would fit in very well, 6'11 and can guard 3 different positions in this League.

We need the defense a lot, it wouldn't solve our rebounding problems tho.

Most important is that we need to sign Earl Barron, the man grabbed 11 boards a game playing next to David Lee. He could grab at least that amount with Amar'e next to him.

Chauncey Billups / Toney Douglas / (Anthony Carter)
Landry Fields / Bill Walker / (Kelenna Azubuike-Andy Rautins)
Carmelo Anthony / Corey Brewer / (Renaldo Balkman)
Amar'e Stoudemire / Jared Jeffries
Earl Barron / Ronny Turiaf / (Shelden Williams)

That defensive unit is great defensively, unfortunately they can't create shots or hit lay-ups for that matter. Looking at our roster we don't have any scoring off the bench, with the exception of Toney at times.

^^ The bench is still what its.....

Why no Shawne Williams in your list?

TD
Shawne
Walker

D'antoni never goes deep in a rotation anyway.

WHY DO I KEEP FORGETTING HIM

That's like the third time I've done that. And he should play a big role as a shooter off the bench. It's too bad Corey Brewer doesn't have an offensive game, otherwise he'd be a great addition to the team.

Brewer will get PT.. I don't understand trading Anthony Randolph for him though.. Why not give the kid some god damn PT..

I can also imagine Renaldo Balkman getting minutes. Defensive, athletic, decent size, probably play as a big for us.

TD, Shawne, Brewer, Balkman..

You don't think Billy Skywalker deserves playing time?

We got Anthony Carter. But yeah, you're right we should have gotten at least Sebastian Telfair out of that deal.

I know I will get killed on here for saying it though.

I liked his ability to back up all three front court spots.

Houston has to buy him out though.

I really don't see much of a difference between Balkman and Jeffries besides the fact that Balkman is more of an energy guy.
