No. If the Bulls make a trade of any kind it will be for a frontcourt player. The backcourt is fine.

that wouldn't be enough to acquire him. salaries don't match up. plus you guys backcourt is straight . iverson will most lilely be matched with kg

If that is all you gotta give up to get him your gm be stupid not to jump all over that then you still got a chance at KG. Because if Iverson goes to Minny any chance at getting KG for you guys is gone.

I've changed my mind. If the price is reasonable, go for it.

There doesn't seem to be a lot of pursuers right now. And the ones that are going for him the most (Boston) is not nearly as good a fit for Iverson.

Exactly if the Sixers don't ask for much you can still then even get KG. HAHA wow KG, and AI trade in one season for one team be crazy, but you guys got young talent to trade to pull it of.

Because no offense, but you guys have 3-5 West teams better then you guys.

Dallas, Spurs, Suns

And Clipps, and Denver even can beat you. But mostly the first 3 I am tlaking about.

I think you need a go to guy to really have a great chance at a title, and AI will be that for you. He is a vetran who gives 110% out there every night on the court despite the practice stuff. And he won't be scared to take the big shots.

This point in the season I can honestly say that we have a potential go to guy in Deng, I'm not sure if he is already, but if he continues his good play and if the Bulls run as many plays involving him as they've done lately, he's going to be our guy.

P.S. When it comes to Iverson, it would be terrible for the team because they have something good developing as a team and the Bulls can't afford to give up so much promising talent. Our young players are only going to get better so it's important that Paxson holds on to them. Besides what the Bulls need is a low post scoring big man, not another gaurd.

Thumbs up Should we go for Iverson?????

Are you all kidding me?? Ben Gordon, P.J. Brown, Sweetney and a pick for the third highest scorer (average) all time? Have you seen Iverson dismantle the Bulls time and time again? If you were Iverson, you might have issues too, scoring 30pts a game, near the tops in steals, and losing all the time. Iverson has the killer instinct, and that is hard to get. A starting lineup of Hinrich, Iverson, Deng, Nocioni, and Wallace (with Thabo, Duhon and Tyrus off the bench) goes to the finals. We don't need the pick, we have two great rookies and the rest of the teams are young too. Any team who picks up a scoring leader automatically gets better, This has been how it is thru NBA history.
