Default Could there be a Dwight and Rose Co-MVP?

Rose can't go without this award if the Bulls end the season past the Heat as he carried the whole team all the way up to this point with all the injuries. Nobody thought the Bulls were doing anything special this year and everyone expected them to be a .500 team.
They ended up above and beyond .500 with half their team due to Rose's leadership.

Same thing can be said about Dwight. He carried his team all season long and will probably carry them all through the playoffs. The thing that separates Rose from Dwight is that Rose has a better record carrying worse teammates (weak division but nobody even looks at that). What brings them back together in the MVP race is that you can't ignore Dwight's numbers. They are better than Rose's even though he doesn't get nearly as many touches as D.Rose.

So is it a possibility that Rose and Dwight can win Co-MVPs of the league this year?

Mathmatically very unlikely given how the voting system works.

Rose has worse teammates?
I'd take Luol over Turkoglu
Boozer over Bass
Noah over Nelson
Richardson is a lot better than Bogans though

how does the voting system work? Is the MVP determined by fans? Are there a group of analysts who come together and decide who should be the MVP? Someone explain to me please.

From Wikipedia

"...the award is decided by a panel of sportswriters and broadcasters throughout the United States and Canada, each of whom casts a vote for first to fifth place selections. Each first-place vote is worth 10 points; each second-place vote is worth seven; each third-place vote is worth five, fourth-place is worth three and fifth-place is worth one. Starting from 2010, one ballot was cast by fans through online voting. The player with the highest point total wins the award"
