I haven't seen this for a few years. I don't understand this. I see this on a constant basis with Wade, Lebron and Durant, but not with Kobe. I really don't get this. I watch every foul in every game to see if it's legit or not.

Kobe has been getting hacked lately and no calls have been made...

*cough * Miami game * cough*

And if dude wants to cry about that don't try to act like Jordan didn't get special treatment. Reggie Miller once said Kobe ain't no Jordan because he doesn't get calls like Jordan use to.

Here is what the guy who made the video would say....

But he is a chucker...look at his stats. He gets media hype becuase he plays in LA...he is lucky to have great teams and has nothing to do with the titles his teams won...blah blah blah.

So Magic, Jordan, Bird, Kareem, Russell, Wilt, West...all of those guys are just lucky to win titles because of their team they have lil to do with the success...Pippen should not be an HOF because he is a lifetime side kick to MJ...And if you ask any of the greats what means most to them about their careers they will say their stats and not the rings..blah blah blah I hate Kobe.

Once again, a great post. Kobe's achievements are CLEARLY Top-10.

And once again...a correction. Kobe scored 50+ in four straight games.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Career_...lt_Chamberlain

Quote:
NBA Record - Most Consecutive 50 Point Games (7 times from December 16, 1961-December 29, 1961)
Chamberlain also holds the next three longest with 6 in 1962, 5 in 1961, and 5 in 1962

BTW, in one of those 50+ point streaks, Chamberlain had these five games...

67, 65, 61, 100, and 58...351 points in a five game streak, with an average of 70.0 ppg!

kobe is a great player, but look at the era hes playing in. i have never been a fan of kobe but hes a great player. it may have been different if he played against teams who can defend tho. he would only have been a "good player" otherwise. but to compare him to jordan is a bit harsh, i wouldnt have kobe in a top 10 list. but thats me.

Kobe has earned the right to be compared to guys like bird, magic, hakeem, duncan, shaq, west, oscar, and any player outside the TOP 4 OF MJ, RUSSELL, WILT, AND KAREEM...

I was thinking this guy would make a point, but really it's just the same garbage everyone else has said.

I'm tired of these guys popping out trying to uncover some great conspiracy theory when it's all the same shit and when I take a look at who they are and what they've contributed to the basketball community, it's absolutely nothing but malice and contempt.
