Sigh - if only

"If Kyrie Irving doesn't go first in the draft, people are nuts. I think he's going to be Chris Paul. Kyrie can shoot the hell out of the ball, but he plays the right way, he wants to pass and he's a freak athletically. He can jump out of the gym. He'll be a stronger finisher than Paul, because he's chippy. Kyrie is just like Isiah [Thomas] that way."

As much of the thought of a down low center is intriguing, I feel we have been chasing this for to long. Give Davis those minutes and try to find a complimentary player. We need someone who can get this team some wins. If not now, but in the near future.

Kyrie is playing well, but Williams is going off! This man is nuts! I'd love to see either one of them in a raptors uniform.

Kyrie is playing great for what will be expected from him in the NBA. He is taking contact, staying in control and still finishing most of his shots around the rim. He's a very good shooter and smart player. He would be a good start to the Raptors rebuilding.

Kemba Walker tore it up tonight. I am currently watching Derrick Williams in an unconscious state tossing up 3 pointers all night. Guy reminds me a lot of Danny Granger. Strength, athleticism, outside shooting..

Geez, Arizona isn't missing any shots while Duke went cold. I hope Duke can pull this one out.

Kemba's a monster. He scored practically every way possible tonight. I think he's going to be very good in the NBA. I wouldn't be disappointed if we got him.

Hopefully Irving/Knight/Walker match up somewhere in the tourney eventually. Irving's looking great tonight.

The only thing I'm concerned about with Williams is if he can play small forward or if he's just a power forward that can shoot the 3, like a Corliss Williamson. Can he break the defense down off the dribble; can he defend athletic small forwards? If he can do these things, then he's an excellent option for us.

Reef, Corliss Williamson seems like a pretty good comparison. I've also heard David West. Williams has a bit more mobility and range on his shot than West does.

This game is all Arizona right now.

Ya, I can see the West comparison. If Williams was another 2 inches taller, he'd probably go top 2. This game's gonna screw up my bracket big time.
