Dream scenario for me would be drafting Irving at #2, getting Marc Gasol from free agency, then move Bargnani to the 4, and then move Davis to backup C or possibly trade him or A. Johnson for a SF

Why not play Davis at PF beside Gasol for better defense and rebounding? Just because Bargnani has "PF" beside his name doesn't mean he can forget about those things. It's not like they'll improve at this point either.
Well now that Barnes is returning to UNC, I have no doubt in my mind that the draft will go;
1. Irving
2. Williams
3. Kanter
.. making this one of the worst drafts in recent history. I would be happy with Kanter however, as he seems like a Luis Scola/Al Horford type mix. Start Kanter and Davis, have Bargnani and Amir off the bench.. not a bad frontcourt for the future.
Obviously having the 10M Bargnani coming off the bench is not ideal but that's the predicament we're in.
I'm not even a big fan of Williams but with such a shallow top of the draft, he might be too good of a talent compared to everyone below to pass. I guess you take him, try to work him in as an SF or maybe he becomes a better PF than Davis. If he's not a good fit, look to trade him.
Not draft related but I'd really like the Raps to make a run at Adelman for head coach (not returning to Houston). We already missed out on him once in favour of Mitchell and even though the Raps are still rebuilding, he would be a huge upgrade IMO. It's debatabe whether he would choose to join the Raps at this stage of the team's development though.

If we can't get Irving or Kanter I think I want to trade down into the mid teens-early 20's.
Maybe look at...
Jordan Hamilton, Tyler Honeycutt, Kawhu Leonard, Kyle Singler

I'm starting to get scared by how intrigued I am by Biyombo. With his short time playing the game and the questions about his age. But then I think "could he be a younger Ibaka? I want that on the Raptors". Must... resist.

Man, his offense game is that of a middle schooler. But his defense is out of thid world. Intriguing and in this draft class possibly the type of chance player that you have to take a strong look at.
Biyambo's only 6'9 but apparently has a 7'7 wingspan and he looks incredibly athetlic. He's definitely a potential bust, but god damn is he intriguing.

If he is only 18, you expect him to get maybe a bit bigger and definitely stronger than what he is right now. He could easily be a C with that kind of wingspan similar to how Elton Brand could play that position a lot early in his career. You just hope that with his inexperience he's more like Ibaka than Thabeet.
Biyombo's standing reach is 9'3" too! That's on par with most centers. Javale McGee's is 9'6" for comparison's sake.
The only thing I worry about with him is how raw he is on offense. I don't wanna see Reggie-type of offense. I hope he can at least roll to the basket after setting a pick.
As for Williams, I'm starting to warm up to him more. He was totally dominant in college. I can see him as a "power 3" like a Larry Johnson or a rich man's Beasley even. The main question is if he can stay in front of athletic 3's.

I also don't trust his ball handling and ability to create offense for himself from the perimeter. Derozan isn't the greatest at this either so that's why Williams worries me on the Raptors.
Man, the thing is I like Kanter, but the problem is that he's yet another 4! We don't need another one. I'm not sure if i'm sold on Williams either, but sadly he might make more sense with Barnes out of the running.
