No way this happens. Wade's ego?.......Didn't know that he was the one with the ego issues...
The Heat's lack of a halfcourt offense will be their demise. and team that plays good team defense will wipe th floor with miami.

Another problem is that James doesn't play off of wade nearly as well as wade does off of LeBron. Wade does a much better job at giving james a passing avenue than James does for LeBron becuase James doesnt understand the first thing about scoring without the ball other than running a break

Choking would be an indicator of that?.....Also would wade winning a ring be an indicator as well?

Wade 32/6/6 (with a bunch of steals and blocks)
LeBron 31/8/9
Bosh 21/11

These guys will be highly motivated for the playoffs. They're going to explode. "Us against the World" is an extremely powerful emotion - especially when it involves two guys who are extremely efficient and great playoff performers (Wade and LeBron are both Top 10 ALL TIME for career playoff PER).

And expect these guys to hit the foul line a lot more often in the playoffs. The Big 3 are getting to the line 25 times per game in the regular season. Expect that number to be at around the 30-35 range in the playoffs when alot more plays are drawn up to give them easier runs to the basket. Expect a lot of bigs on opposing teams to foul out when you have the 2 best drivers in the world on the same team, and with all these new plays and wrinkles added. We are talking about 3 great finishers who are extremely athletic for their positions and have elite drive ability. You just know they will have a ton of plays ready for cutting without the ball, and other new plays when the playoffs roll around.

Pat Riley is in every team meeting and practice. If you think they're going to run ISO ball through the entire playoffs you're very stupid. They have held back a lot of the offense with Spo admitting they've kept things in their pocket.

When the Heat have run the triangle offense with the 3 they have looked exceptional! It's very rare but when you see it for a few minutes in a quarter they quickly gain a 10 point lead only to not see it again for 3 weeks. When they run pick n rolls with Lebron picking AND rolling with Wade they look unstoppable. When they dipped into their plays more after the losing streak you saw a small glimpse of this offense when they went on a tear.

Running cutters (bosh, wade, and lebron)every where through the paint with pinpoint passing. Running cutters like the Celtics do, and running long screens and backdoors with Wade. You saw Wade and LeBron on one side of the court instead of having them at opposite ends when one is standing doing nothing by the corner.

The playoffs is an entirely different animal. If you think Pat Riley is going to allow these guys to run ISO ball when he has LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh on his team, you're a fool. Especially when Riley is right there at every practice and every team meeting with the players.

There is a reason why LeBron looks so fluid off the ball like he has been doing it his entire life in the rare instances they pull these plays out. It's because they've been practicing these plays a lot all year that we VERY rarely see in the regular season.

Why do they look so damn awesome off the ball when they run these plays in games? Because they are always practicing it in practices.

Just wait til the playoffs boys and girls. The Heat are going to add a lot to the plays we see so rarely in the regular season. And many more new wrinkles. Just in time for when opposing teams don't have enough time to adjust in a playoff series ;-)

Let's not forget that Pat Riley is someone who has stated that he likes to "experiment a lot in the regular season". He said it prepares him well for the playoffs, when it counts. His words,

Pat Riley is a very smart man.

And did it ever occur to people how Wade was so much better off the ball in the 2005 and 2006 playoffs compared to those regular seasons?

Wade hit more 3s in the 2006 playoffs than he did during that whole regular season. And his off the ball play was off the charts exceptional in the playoffs. It was downright fantastic compared to his performance off the ball in the regular season.

Pat Riley is a very smart man. He has been known to save a lot of plays and new wrinkles for the playoffs. The man has said so himself and has clearly shown it on the court come playoff time by opening things up for his best players (and opening things up for the entire team, in the playoffs, when it actually counts).

Now Dwyane Wade has LeBron James and Chris Bosh on his team. And Riley has all 3 of them on his team.

If anyone thinks they are going to play isolation basketball in the post-season then they are one very myopic and stupid individual. Regular season basketball is not close to postseason basketball. Especially not for a team that's overlooked and overseen by Pat Riley.

LeBron is one of the most unselfish players on the court. He always finds the open man. Does nobody watch Heat games or does every one watch only what they want to see?

Exactly...Lebron is an ultimate team player and he ALWAYS makes the right play on the court. He's like a supercharged Scottie Pippen with better scoring and better playmaking. He will suck it up and kepp his ego in-check if team success depends on it - I know this for sure. He proved this countless of times before in the playoffs, why it should be different this time arround?

What's amazing is the Heat are Top 3 for offensive efficiency. They're 2nd in FG% on offense AND 2nd in FG% on defense.

And this is with them holding back their offense so much in the regular season. Just wait til the boys unleash their true offense in the postseason ;-)

It has been proven time and time again that balance is what's most important in determining teams who go very far in the playoffs. Not the teams with the best offense or defense, but the teams with the best "balance". And Miami has the best balance in the East BY FAR.

Couple this with the fact that they have a lot of experience on the team with 6 players who have been to the Finals, along with other players who have been to conference finals. There's plenty of experience in that room, and players who know what it takes in the playoffs to make it through the Finals. And we all know how the veteran teams with star talent always show themselves in the playoffs.

There is a very good reason why all the big money is still on the Heat to win the Eastern conference. Even now all the big money is moving to the Heat. All the high rollers who make a great living on betting basketball, and study trends with obvious indicators are placing their bets on the Heat.

If it hasn't worked for them all season against elite teams, what makes you think they will change in the playoffs? seriously it ridiculous what are you going to say when they make a second round exit? That bosh sucks? Lebron is the most consistent player on the team and will lead the heat, wade will not get hot cause of this...but we'll see who's right come playoffs time. I wouldn't judge anything by the first series, I wanna see the second series against an elite team...it will be great to watch

Most of you don't realize that Wade and James are the two best players in the game right now, and I could see them averaged 70 points a game together. Chris Bosh's stats will slip, Wade's and James's will go up. You don't understand that these two can catch fire so quick.
