Honestly, the majority of the shoes they sell on Jamaica Ave. are knockoffs, and the ones that aren't are priced very high for the most part. But I guess the good part is that as the above poster said, the "mom and pop" type stores are open for negotiation. Clothes on the other hand, I love shopping there. There are things I buy in NY on Jamaica Ave. that people have no idea how cheap I actually got them for.
Actually its the other way around.There are more places selling knockoff clothes than sneakers.The one good thing about the Ave though is as previously mentioned....you can haggle prices like an auto auction lol
Yeah, you're probably right. I'm just saying that because when I go to Jamaica Ave. I buy shoes more often than I buy clothes, and when I see shoes that are at a bargain, they are usually knock offs. However, I do know there are a lot of authentic ones too, but they are a lot closer to regular prices.
