Default laugh at those fools who though MSU wouldn't make the tourny.

they should win their last 5 non-conference games. that would put them at 13-2 and pretty much guarantee them a tourny invite.

even if they went 8-8, they'd be 21-10 heading into the conference tourny where they'd probably end up 22-11 or 23-11.

now they do have some injuries, but Morgan and Joseph should be back when the conference slate heats up.

looking at the big ten this year, i can see them even going 10-6, but 9-7 seems like a fair bet.

Drew with 32. He's doing more than i expected even with a ****ty lineup...that has their 2nd and 3rd best players injured (before gray started doing something).

yah msu is a surprise...they dont seem to have the high level recruits they once had but they are coached well

ive always liked msu because they play a difficult schedule most years

I did enjoy watching uofa beat them in the tourney in 2001? I think

Their national championship team didn't have a whole fleet of high school All-Americans, either. In fact, they started to struggle once they did have that, relatively speaking, between the 2001 and 2005 Final Four teams.

Chris Hill epitomized that fact.

Because they're a pretty good team.

Glad I could help.

I'm trying to figure out how they fall from 23 to 25 in the coaches ranking after a win....might not have been pretty, but i don't see NC falling after ugly wins.

i'm trying to figure out how they're ranked 36 in the AP poll.

15-4. Hello tourny.

Too bad Illinois won't join us.

16-4. Like the fact that Gray actually wants to play down low...unlike that dude from last year who I shall not name....Suton is 10x more skilled than that dude too.

More fun to watch this team grow than those underachievers from last year.

Can't wait till next year when we get those talented wing players.

Another good win.

Now **** gets interesting. Going 2-2 over the next four at Ohio St, at Illinois, home againt Ohio St and at Purdue would be amazing.

I realistically hope they at least go 1-3. Please.

If Michigan beat Purdue without trouble, you should be able to, as well.

Every game is different though. Especially in college ball.

We have a young team that isn't overly talented so playing at Purdue won't be easy imo.

If there's such thing as impressing the selection committee with a loss.
