Sorry I'm not buying all that BS he spewed. Dude should win an emmy for that acting he did in the post fight interview.

He fought the same way he always fights but he got caught. Its not a lack of heart or that hes burned out. Hes done that same IDGAF dance bullshit for years, but this time het got KO'd.

Only reason he said hes done fighting is cuz hes BUTTHURT.

He'll be back I bet

I'm still in shock. But while everyone's talkin about Silva losing, Weidman deserves a hell of a lot of credit for winning. Imagine how hard it is to keep focused while the best fighter of all time is show boating in your face and the crowd is laughing and cheering him on, he's mocking you and pretending to be hurt and Weidman, the WRESTLER, knocks him the hell out. All the praise in the world for the new Middleweight champ Chris "the Spoiler" Weidman

what is it now 50$ ?......I always thought they should send you a DVD copy for 50$....

I've been free streaming since UFC 60....50$ is a ripoff especially since so many lackluster cards.

Vegas must've paid of Silva good. regardless congrats to the new champ...that's not the way Silva shoulda gone out... even though he's already a legend. Should've lost fighting. Does suck for whoever betted lots on Silva, I'd be pissed as ****.

Not a comeback per se, but he will not let his legacy be remembered for that as his last fight.

that title fight was BS, honestly. the spitting at the touch gloves moment... the idiotic clowning... the comments about not even wanting a rematch afterwards... the barrage of "hespects" thrown in there to quiet the crowd...

nobody should be emulating or looking up to anderson silva in any way for how he handled this fight, nor how he's handled many fights in the past. all he looks like now is some supernaturally-gifted guy who was bored for years, waiting for someone to come along as true champion, but happy to collect many millions and live the high life in the meantime.

no dedicated fighter would lose the championship due to carelesness and then not even want a rematch after.

This is why I respect Jon Jones, he approaches his fights so seriously and studies his opponent extensively. You get a real sense that he wants to be the greatest ever. He would never disrespect his opponent like that, instead he would pick them apart and give the fans what they came to see. A dominant display of mixed martial arts while showcasing elite wrestling, striking and great jiu jutsu.

There seems to be a lot of misunderstanding here ... I understand that was the dumbest thing to do, but people are just plain out bashing him ... KNOW YOUR PLACE & SHUT YOUR MOUTH.

I know people are gonna keep saying he lost on purpose, but don't let that post fight interview fool you. He said all that about not wanting the belt because he was embarrassed that he lost, plain and simple.

CHRIS WEIDMAN DEFEATED ANDERSON SILVA and deserves proper praise for doing so.

All respect to Weidman, even though Anderson was disrespecting him by not touching gloves, mocking him and clowning around he still gave Anderson respect after the fight and said that he some what idolized him.

I'm sad though, I really didn't want to see Anderson give away his belt like this..

The knockout was so stupid, he put himself in the worst kind of position when he took down his hands and leaned back..

the single most frustrating thing about silva. he had to know weidman was the biggest threat to his belt since at least sonnen, if not more so. let's not forget sonnen was filled to the gills with testosterone in that first fight.

gotta agree w/ gigantes...you would just never see bones jones put his hands down and just lean back like that, even if he felt his opponent was far inferior.

Same with GSP, Cain, Bendo...honestly I can't imagine any of the other champs clowning like that.
