Default Question about eating spicy foods

How do you prevent diahreea or taking a dump that hurts your anus? It seems like every time I consume spicy food/pizza I get the runs or have problems when I get rid of my waste. Should I up my fiber? Reason I ask is because I'm mexican and I consume lots of spicy food. I just ate some chiliquines...they are good but got damn does it hurt when I take a dump. Any suggestions? Yesterday I ate that new stuffed crust pizza from pizza hut(the one with pork/bacon/pepperoni/ham/cheese in the crust) and last night I had to get on stage at an event but 5 minutes before I got on the stage I had the runs and it hurt sooooo bad. I drank pepto and it calmed it somewhat but eventually I took a dump and it hurt bad. Quick responses would be appreciated..I have to get back to mowing lawns.

I actually tested this a year or so ago. All I drank was water and pineapple juice over a week period. I stayed away from salty stuff and diary. My wife noticed a difference in taste for the better. It wasn't as creamy either. It had better texture to it and flowed better.

Never been a problem for me, even when I ate jalapenos on everything, buffalo wings 3 times a week, and add hot sauce to my food... Just lucky I guess.

In California you can't not eat spicy foods.

And I don't get it bad where it hurts but it'll be more liquidy sometimes sure.

It's just how it is. I used to be able to eat any damn thing and deal laater but within the last year or so I've had to cut out some foods.... even faux foods like Taco Bell have been messing me up, giving me stomach issues.

Maybe you have cancer in your anus. Usually when you eat spicey food your **** should be able to export the crap out, but if it gives issues because of spicey problems, maybe you should get it checked.

its kind of ironic that spicy foods hurt so bad coming out on the other end. when I was in India, my aunt told me I should be trying to eat all the spicy food that I can, because it helps to kill bacteria, parasites and other gnarly stomach bugs that their food carries. This is the reason that tropical/warm areas tend to have so many spicy dishes, because in warmer climates food is much more easily compromised by micro organisms.

I get this every time i eat a lot of jalapeno's(sub joint local to me where i have them put on jalapenos since i don't trust their hots)

or

I eat a lot of those Papa John's peppers they throw in the box with pizza.

I generally get it if i eat anything super spicy and a kind of a lot of it. I mean i eat spicy buffalo wings, kimchi, etc. and never get it from that, mostly stuff like pure peppers of some sort.

My lower stomach actually gets like a tummy ache or burning, then i poop and then my anus burns like its on fire until i wipe then its all good.
