Default What could we get for Landrew?

I love Fields - most teams in the league would be lucky to have a guy like him - but he clearly no longer fits in with the iso-heavy half court offense the new new-look Knicks seem dead set on miring in. Should Walsh trade him in the off season (assuming Walsh isn't booted as well)? What kind of player could they replace him with? Anyone specific? Draft picks?

What do y'all think?

Keep him.

I don't think we'll get enough value in return.

First up, who on earth is Landrew?

Now as far as Landry goes, why look to move him?

The guy has shown he can contribute without having the ball whatsoever.

Landry's game is quite rare, and most contenders have a guy who is very similar.

The kid just needs to do waht he has been doing instead of being stalled out looking at the star power on the team.

I think he will find his own by the playoffs.

I wouldn't be looking to move him.

Players will be willing to come over, I'm positive of that.

for the knicks, a better fit at sg would be a 3 point shooter, but land'amre has held his own

I wouldn't trade him.

He had a few bad games,so what ?
He is still a smart player, solid shooter and a very good rebounder.

He is still a rookie and I think he will develop more and fit into this system.

I think he's perfect for our team actually.I just think he's better suited as our 6th man.Landry Fields is a good starting SG on a .500 team. He's an average SG on a contender. With al the scoring we do,ppl don't realize that we don't have much back court scoring.Douglas scores sometimes but not consistently and he has very little pg skills.Landry never was a scorer. He's always been an Aaron Afflalo/Cedric Ceballos type of guy.If we get DWill,I wouldn't mind Landry being our starting SG.If we get Paul,I think Landry would be better as a 6th man.Either way,we should keep him.Not only is a steal of a 2nd round pick,he's a hardworker and he makes less than 1 mill a year!

If we can get a good center out of it.

Maybe we can do a sign and trade for Marc Gasol involving Fields and whomever.
