A book that routinely depicts women as chattel and victims of rape, murder, slavery, and other brutalities is written for teenage girls. Makes sense to me.

Maybe those women watch it because in addition to good production values, strong writing and good acting they are attracted to the strong masculine characters and portrayals of intelligent resourceful females that litter the show?

Just a thought.........

lmao no kidding. If anything, most women would be disgusted by the books.

Comparing Twilight to GoT is the dumbest phucking comparison I've ever heard.

In my opinion Pyat Pree (the warlock...who looks just like i pictured him) took the Dragons in order to lure Dany to the House of the Undying ones and she'll have to go through it to get them back. Which brings up the question...

Who plays Rheagar in the visions?

that makes a lot of sense given the dude at the end carrying them looked a lot more like him than some hired assassins/guards.

i would think educated adult males.

its got too much talking and slow development with different plots, and remembering so many people for lil girls or boys to be into. and probably not sappy, romantic enough for a lot of females....

yeah but he wasn't lost when he was about to cut her head off where he was supposed to finish her, and then meet up with them. it just kept hitting me as one of those typical tv/movie moments where they can't wait to finish someone off leaving it to some dude thats staying, and then the one guy left doesn't do it. its always how the good guy escapes in tv shows/movies where the evil mastermind and his henchmen can never stay to make sure the hero's dead like they're too busy.
