i began reading the book, already halfway through lol.

i rewatched some of season 1, skipping through the boring crap but reading the book somehow makes the scenes more vivid. the whole sansa/hound convo is pretty interesting. then when the hound saves the kinght of flowers and confronts the mountain in front of the king, very badass scene in the show that i had forgotten

who do you guys believe would win? sir clergaine or the mountain? the shows has so much potential for awesome sword fights, i hope they begin shiowing them soon because we keep hearing about these past swordsmen who were great. i want to see the mountain vs hound.

Really hard to say. They're pretty much both evenly matched. One thing I will say though is that I think the mountain can possibly out skilled or out witted in a fight. But the Hound's hatred for him runs very very deep

To those who read the books, will we actually see battles between famous fighters this season? While I enjoy the dialogue, some epic action is always good. Tired of hearing the legends about everyone, I wanna see it.

BTW is the Blackfish stronger than Jaime? He is supposed to show up this season right?

Spoilers in white.......You will see Brienne vs Jaime, and The Hound vs Lord Beric and yes Black fish shows up this season even though he should have been in the first season. as far as i remember those are the one on one battles that should show up this season.

dont quote the white

Semi spoiler or maybe not all all in white......

In the books when he shows up he shows up with a slave named Strong Belwas but in the show that character hasnt shown up.In the books Strong Belwas fights some champion dude for Dany.I'm guessing since belwas isnt in the show Selmy is the one who will do the fighting. So you probably will see him in action.

Next season will have one GIANT epic ****ing battle like that of Blackwater bay and an epic one on one duel

Also strongest fighter in the series is all up for debate.

Who will be fighting in that next epic battle?

I thought it was pretty obvious Selmy is the baddest currently, just the way Jamie and other famous knights talk about him is enough. Who can really take him on 1 on 1?

thats a fūcked up list. both the show and the book, in the show ned held his ground against jaime, so ned is underrated and jaime is ovverated.

syrio forel is also uderrated. massively. in the book, this is not a spoiler because this is the first book, syrrio hits one of the kingshuard(when they attempt to take arya and he defends her) syrio gets SEVERAl hits on the kingsguard that would have been deadly if he had a steel sword. all his hits occur before the kingsguardman even raises his sword, thats how swift he is. to put him in the "good" category is ridiculous. jeff should have your head on a spike for even thinking of that.
