He was in one scene when Catelyn met him in his castle to barter a trade to let them pass his bridge. When she promised Robb to marry one of his grand-daughters.

Yeah, I can't keep track of what I've seen and what I've read at this point.

It's almost hard to believe that I've consumed nearly 3500 pages of fantasy fiction in two months.

I fear I'll be at the next ComiCon dressed as Rattle Shirt if I continue at this pace.

I ****ing DESPISE Walder Frey.

I think I'm a little over 2k so far. And in only like three weeks, so I'm on a pretty fast pace. Slower now because of my new job but still reading about 500 pages a week, maybe more.

It's really like reading two or three books. I can't imagine how many books I'll burn through after I'm done with this series and then start up on the Dark Tower again after this.

Spoiler Alert for people who haven't finished reading book 3.

I have a question for those who finished book 3.

If Lysa Arryn was the one who actually killed Jon Arryn then why does she go so hard about suspecting his death as a murder and why does she want Ned to investigate it so bad? Is Littlefinger that smart that he knew if he made Lysa murder him and then told her to get Ned to investigate that it would lead to the discovery that would lead to his death?

It's a good question?

That can't be answered without spoiling something that will be revealed at the very end of book three. I can still tell you if you like, but if I recall correctly about where you must be, you're probably right around the corner from it anyway.

I finished like a week and a half ago. I'm a good way into book 4. I was just wondering because I didn't see anything that explained it unless I just forgot?

Answer to bano: it's cause she is bat shit insane. You ever tell a lie so vehemently that you forget the truth and start to believe it? That's what happened here, or at least that's my interpretation

She doesn't have a firm grasp of reality in the way she sees alot of things and willfully ignores some stuff

But Littlefinger told her to do it. Almost as if he was using that as the dominoe to start this chain of events. And she begrudged the Lannisters for they're intention to foster her son Robert at Casterly Rock, and basically they're intention to use him to usurp his seat on the Vale and as Warden of the West.

I'm just fifty pages into book four. Through the prologue with at Oldtown (which I've sort of been waiting for them to get to). And then through the chapter on Aeron Greyjoy the prophet.

I had once said before that it seemed they could eliminate him when he's introduced upon Theon's arrival on the Iron Islands, but it appears he's gonna be required.

I read that the other day. I just finished Asha's first chapter last night.
