BTW, is it just me or is this OKC team kind of unlikable? The foul calls, Westbrook is kind of obnoxious, etc...

How is Westbrook obnoxious in your eyes? I'm not disagreeing with you necessarily but I haven't heard of him doing any talking off the court. He likes to get the crowd into it at home though.

His mannerisms. The glaring when he does something including into the camera. He walks around staring like he made the most important shot in history often when he's fouled.

No hate, i respect his talent immensely, OKC is just not a team i can root for easily and they have the chance to knock off teams i really want knocked off (denver for bet, SA to watch their fans cry, Lakers to watch their fans cry, etc.)

I agree my reason for not liking them is the foul calls they get. I still think Ibaka and Harden are awesome though.

How soft are you as a fan? You must be like a San Antonio fan then because every other team has players who are worst about the same thing, despite not even backing it up.

And Rose just got 15 fts while shooting horrendous from the field and we're not hearing a peep from anyone on ISH about it

For some weird reason actually like the Thunder. Use to HATE KD, but now kinda realize he just does what get's him to the line. Can't fault that. Westbrook, is no doubt cocky. He slams it down and he has a reaction. As a Denver fan? I like that cause I've deff seen it over the years on my team and I think people downplay what it can do for your home crowd or your teammates. J.R going nuts, gets the crowd going crazy. K-Mart getting tough and making a dunk and getting amped? get's the team involved.

Perkins as the tough guy, Ibaka as the energetic guy in the lineup. Only player I hate is Harden and that probably has to do with last night

Plus there franchise is so new, there fans aren't complete douches for the amount of young talent they have. Besides YouCallIlose everybody seems pretty chill. Considering they have two superstar caliber players below the age of 23 among guy's like Ibaka and Harden.

Agreed 100%.

He made a fvcking layup on I believe Felton and just stared him down like he just absolutely destroyed him.

I was like, are you fvcking serious. Can't wait until the Thunder get knocked off by the Spurs or Lakers...

Actually the contentiousness between Felton and Westbrook was all started by Felton prior to the series. Felton was talking shit, and then even after game 1 talking more and claimed "Nuggets spies" in the Thunder locker room heard Westbrook talking shit. So then when Felton checked in in game 2, first thing Russ did was score on him then strip the ball from him (but it went out of bounds) and then Felton still continued to yap at him, but it all stopped briefly there for a moment because Maynor came in the game.

http://blogs.denverpost.com/nuggets/...st-round/3669/

And I know I'm not the only one who sees the irony between all these articles out of Denver based off George Karl and Raymond Felton quotes calling the Thunder cocky, trash talkers, arrogants, saying they have an inflated value of themselves (what GK said about Coach Brooks) and the fact there are NO Thunder replies. The Thunder just hoop, let their game do the talking. End of the day, scoreboard!

It's not a one-sided thing. They both jaw at each other every time they're in the game together. I don't think they like one another.

Edit: And I've STILL yet to see any evidence of the alleged Thunder trash-talking and cockiness. I kinda feel like Karl is fabricating bulletin board material where there is none.

They are. Like I said, they literally claimed in an article that they had spies in the Thunder locker room who overheard the Thunder saying some not so nice things about the Nuggets, but when asked what they said neither he nor his players would confirm. Doesn't that sound like some girl shit? I know what you said, but I'm not going to tell anybody. And again, I like just taking the high road.

And the Denver blogs are taking it and running with it.

Can't win huh? If they aren't beating their chests then it's false humility with no personality. If Westbrook celebrates a play then he's an arrogant prick. To sum it up, you know your team has made it when people start hating on them for being great. As I heard Colin Cowherd say one time " No one hates the Kansas City Royals, because they aren't relevant."
