it's not like we played bad tonight, we played good but 2 bonehead plays screwed us over

You act like the Eagles didn't make any boneheaded plays. You guys lost because you were playing a better team.

Counting on the Giants next week! If NY beats the Saints, and the Cowboys win against the Eagles and Lions, they'll get that first round bye! Gonna be crazy if 3 NFC East teams make the playoffs. Dallas could very well be playing the Giants or Eagles a 3rd time.

The Wildcard Race..

You forgot the Packers and 49ers, both at 6-8 as well.

Incidentally, if the Packers win out, Carolina has 0% chance of getting into the playoffs.

Anyways, here's what has to happen for the Packers to make the playoffs:

Packers win next two.

NYG loses Out (this will probably what will put us out of the race...just don't see it happening)

One more loss for Atlanta

One more loss for St Louis

The first one is probable (Minny at home I have confidence in...our last game is against Chicago...my hope is that they'll be resting some of their starters). The second one is the most unlikely. The next two I think will happen as well.

Fairly confident that the Giants will get crushed by the Saints, we seem to play really well after let down games, and today was a huge let down against the Redskins despite clinching the division. We now have to win out to guarentee a bye, or get help.

No, I'm saying they have a slim chance, and a better one than Carolina, meaning your list was incorrect.

Care to twist my words again?

They could beat Atlanta, however, if the Denver game is in Denver, they are going to struggle. Jay Cutler would need to lay an egg, really tough road. However, anything is possible with Frank Gore!

They could, but it most likely won't happen.
