This is basically the NBA patting Ron on the back for not f#@king up for awhile. Ron knows that inside it's a horsesh!t award.

Everybody knew this was a BS award. Ron just needed a little time to do something stupid and show he's not really won the battle.

Dude just dipped his hip and tried to clothesline Barea and forearm shivs him in the face. Just stupid.

And not only is it stupid, but it hurts team chemistry between Artest and his Lakers teammates. This little cheap shot really makes it hard for the fans to excuse Ron for his terrible play in the series as well.

When things are going well, Ron means well and behaves like a happy child, which is ok, even if kinda sad for a full grown man.

But when things aren't going his way, he DOES NOT mean well. When things don't go his way, he doesn't look at himself, and humbly try to figure out what he could have done better. Instead, he becomes insane and tries to hurt others. I feel really sorry for him, but at the same time, my feeling bad is not rooted in sympathy. It's rooted in disgust.
