Lebron isnt really the quickest forward...Hes the fastest end to end. but hes never been that quick. Carmelo is quicker than lebron in short areas. Carmelo actually has better lateral quickness than Bron. Even lebron in his peak body days was average lateral quickness wise.

He doesnt look in shape. Hes muscular but hes not as sculpted as he used to be.
