Default Phil Jackson next Knicks coach?

The New York Post is saying Phil Jackson may want to be the coach in NY in 2012. It says that he may even enjoy co-coaching. What are your thoughts?

I like the thought, but don't know if its the best situation for him and the current talent we have.

If we're not gonna go after Ric Adelman,I'd rather go get a fresh face. The new coaches seem to come in and know what their doing.I dont know if its because they are more hands on in the assistant role.Maybe it's that they are better in tune with the players.Whatever it is,the new wave of coaches seem to have a knack for connecting with players.

Phil isn't coming unless he feels the Knicks can win a championship.

1st or 2nd round, Phil isn't coming for that.

We'd have to get all the pieces he would need for him to come here though.

Depends on the roster. Jackson can work with alot and has shown he can get alot out of so so players but if you're going to pay him the small fortune he requires to coach you better give him a roster that can challenge or win it all
