He needs to be a shooter off the bench, nothing more. Could see him coaching in the future.

As a bench player Fisher can still be valuable, obviously as starter not anymore.

Shouldn't even be a starter ... he wasn't a starter in his prime.

Please finish this sentence with what u really mean. "...for a black athlete."

Every white guy in the league speaks as well or better than fisher. He doesnt even speak that well in terms of eloquence, he just speaks without the slang and blaccent, and that impresses the white folk.

Anyway, dude isnt gonna leave money on the table. Hes more selfish than people think. He cheapshots guys in games, the bogus story about needing to leave utah... Everything about him is over rated.

Dude is definitely in it for the $. Not blamin him for that, but anyone who thinks otherwise is misguided.

Meh as irritating as Fisher has been at some points over the last couple years they can still win with him playing 20-30 minutes either starting or off the bench, he doesn't take enough shots for his bricking to matter that much and his defense is ok, they just need someone who can defend those small quick guys and they really have nobody starting or off the bench who can do that. I felt like the 3 position was the weakest for the Lakers, they had no offense at all from that position and probably could have used it, or off the bench at the 1.

When I look at their roster the real holes I see are Artest/Barnes, and the lack of a bench. Artest can still defend but his offense is ugly, they have no offense from their 1. Barnes provides them with nothing on offense really. Brown is meh. It's a lot of role players that can play their role but can't score or create and are mediocre efficiency-wise, etc. When Odom is your offensive option off the bench it's tough he's another guy playing niche roles for the team. Maybe they need to start Odom and have Bynum come off the bench, I don't know. They just need more offense and less role playing, needs to be a balance.

I will always remember him as .4

To this day I still can't believe that shot. At this point, Fish is still LA's best option to run point.
