All you have to do James Dolan is suck royally in a year that's loaded with future all-stars in the draft(not saying that the '11 draft is that)....secure a top draft choice and you'll probably have a franchise player or a borderline one (ex: Aldridge or Roy). But no...the 9th pick over and over again is good enough right?
Good luck to the Cavs...you guys did it the right way! Go pick up Irving #1, trade the #4 and the $14 mill slot for Rudy Gay.
Every struggling team should copy the Thunder and Cavs. That means you Detroit...living in pergatory for the past few years...for no reason.
I get what your saying, but your right for the wrong reason. The reason it's good to build through the draft is because you get young, cheap talent... instead of overpaying for older players... but the draft is no exact science, for every good pick there's two back picks...
Our current lineup is better. Chauncey = Chauncey. Melo = Melo. Fields = Hayward (both out of position at the two). Amare > Aldridge and Noah combined).

No, he's not. Not even close. He's the best of the three, but he's not better than Noah and Aldridge combined.

well your basing this on their draft picks. Doesn't mean the rebuilding will work..we'll see.
