Depends how much they have assessed and evaluated both talents. If they like Beasley more then they can use Derrick Williams as trade bait. Or keep Derrick Williams and use Beasley as trade bait. Once they pick Derrick Williams, there will be options on the table they can explore. With Beasley, its not like he carried that team to victory. But they could get more value for him than they gave up to get him.

If they drafted Williams, I would probably look to move Beasley. Beasley has proven he can put up stats on a garbage team but I am really not sold on him. There is some value around for Beasley. Teams wouldnt give up a lot, but certainly more than they gave up.

Williams is too good and a better defender than Beasley, you have to clear the space for him. Beasley hasn't done well as a 6th man type, which is too bad. He could be their Odom.

Don't the Wolves already have like 12 pg's on their roster? I doubt they move Beas for Felton, Afflalo maybe. Ridnour played great, they still got Flynn, they are holding out hope for Rubio. I can't remember the rest
The Wolves draft Williams and play him, Love and Beas as the platoon at the 3/4 spot. Drafting Williams makes Tolliver expendable (he's a FA).
Minny, please don't mess this up. They got good young talent, watch out for Wesley Johnson if they move him to the 3, a la Kevin Durant after PJ Carlisemo got canned for Scotty Brooks. Do not trade any young pieces!!

Beasley is going to be a better SF than Derrick Williams as well as being the better player and also having a better career.

You haven't even seen Derrick Williams play a game in the league yet, how can you make a quote like this? Not saying he's going to be better then B-easy but give Derrick Williams a chance. He's the obvious pick for #2 whether they use him or beasley as trade bait. Just see a major jam at the forward spot with Beasley, Love, Randolph, Wes Johnson and then D. Williams
